Placing an Order:

As well as placing an order online, you may call your order in directly by calling (910) 251-5797 during regular business hours. When you place an order, we need your name, email address, mailing address, credit card number, and credit card expiration date. This allows us to process and fulfill your order as well as to notify you of your order status. Your credit card information will remain confidential. We will not share your personal information with any other organization.

Payment Methods:

Visa and MasterCard are the only accepted forms of payment. Your card is not charged until the order has been processed by one of our customer service representatives. Credit card transactions are handled by a third-party financial institution, which receives the credit card number and other personal identifying information only to verify the credit card numbers and process transaction. If you feel more comfortable doing so, you are welcome to call in your credit card information and complete your purchase by phone.

Shipping & Handling:

Most orders are processed within two business days. All shipping is done via United Parcel Service (UPS). All UPS deliveries are insured and guaranteed against loss, theft and damage up to $100.00.

Returns and Exchanges:

When you receive your order, please check your merchandise carefully for any damage occurring during shipping. Should you find that the merchandise was damaged during shipping, is the incorrect item, or does not meet your expectation in any other way, contact us immediately by phone at (910) 251-5797 during normal business hours. One of our customer representatives will assist you with your problem and will issue you a Returned Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#), which you will need to return you order to us. All items must be returned or exchanged within 20 days of the original purchase date and must have the RMA# on the return packing label. RMA's are valid for 15 days from the date they are issued. All returned and exchanged merchandise must be in original condition. Shipments of returns must be prepaid. We will not accept COD returns. Shipping is not refundable.

Sales Tax:

North Carolina residents will be charged 7% sales tax on all purchases.
Note: North Carolina counties that charge 7.5% will be invoiced accordingly.
